Tester: VSV

The tester "SOLUS" is used to test the electrical performance of capacitor blasting machine. The glow lamp will light at 100% capacity.  At capacities reduced by 15% and more, the glow lamp will not light.  When firing with electricity, the electrical impulse only needs to last for milliseconds; a comparator capacitor in the tester is charged which triggers a thyristor when capacity is reached which in turn lights the glow lamp.
